The flooring incorporates integrated connector channels that allow adjacent tiles to be mechanically joined using compatible connectors. Unlike systems that rely exclusively on adhesive bonding, connector-compatible installation helps create a stable, aligned training surface without requiring permanent attachment to the subfloor. This allows layouts to be expanded, repositioned, partially replaced, or relocated as training requirements change. Connectors are sold separately.

The 3.5cm thickness is suited to high-impact and high-traffic areas where repeated force is transferred into the floor surface. The increased material depth helps absorb and disperse impact generated during plyometric training, skipping, agility drills, conditioning circuits, boxing footwork, bodyweight exercises, and general athletic preparation. The flooring may be installed using a loose-lay method, connector-based installation, or adhesive bonding where required. Tiles may also be cut to accommodate room layouts, equipment footprints, columns, and wall boundaries.
