Each weight is enclosed in a soft-touch synthetic shell, similar to neoprene, selected for its comfort, breathability, and durability against the skin during extended sessions. The internal fill uses fine iron sand, ensuring even distribution and a stable load that adapts well to both static holds and dynamic movement.

The closure system features a hook-and-loop fastening strap with a metal rectangular loop, providing secure tension and fast adjustment to suit various wrist and ankle sizes. Once fitted, the weights stay in place through walking, mat-based work, conditioning drills, and recovery protocols, without slipping or limiting joint range.
