The bag is made using heavy-duty PVC leather combined with strengthening compounds to support long-term durability, surface grip and resistance to repeated impact. Its high-density filling helps absorb striking force, reducing excessive surface collapse while providing a firm, consistent contact area for technical training and conditioning work.
This heavy punching bag can be used to develop striking accuracy, timing, power output, footwork, endurance and full-body coordination. Training on the bag engages the shoulders, chest, arms, core, hips, glutes and legs, depending on the type of strike being performed. It is suitable for controlled technique practice, fitness conditioning, combat sport drills and high-repetition striking sessions.
The bag includes a chain and D buckle for hanging setup. It should be mounted to a suitable support structure that can safely carry the bag’s weight and withstand repeated movement during training.
