Double-End Speed Ball - Reflex & Speed Development - Floor to Ceiling

The 1818 Fight Double-End Speed Ball is designed for boxing, MMA, reflex training, timing work, hand-eye coordination, and striking accuracy. The floor-to-ceiling setup creates a fast rebound action, helping users practise rhythm, head movement, punch timing, distance control, and defensive reactions in a compact training space.

The PU outer shell is built for repeated striking during speed and accuracy drills. Reinforced stitching around the valve area adds support at a high-stress point, helping the ball maintain its shape and structure through regular inflation, impact, and rebound movement.

The built-in inflation valve allows the ball to be topped up when needed, so users can maintain the correct air pressure for consistent rebound and response. The internal air bladder gives the ball its speed, bounce, and striking feel, making it an important functional part of the design rather than just a filler component.

The double-end design attaches from both the top and bottom using the included carabiners, creating tension between the floor and ceiling anchor points. This keeps the ball responsive during training and allows users to work on quick combinations, reaction speed and controlled movement around the target.

When deflated, the speed ball takes up minimal storage space, making it easy to pack away between sessions or transport between home, gym, and training spaces.

Available in red/black or white/black, the speed ball includes a pump, pump needle, and two carabiners for setup and pressure maintenance.
