The 1818 Fight Light Muay Thai Strike Pads is a paired pad system designed for practical striking. Built for everyday training in homes, gyms, schools, and fitness spaces, these pads give beginners, youth athletes, and intermediate users a secure and manageable way to practise punches, kicks, knees, and controlled elbow work.
The PU leather outer layer is made to handle repeated contact during regular sessions while remaining easy to wipe down after training. Inside, a high-elastic compression sponge helps absorb and spread impact, reducing the force felt by the holder and making longer rounds more comfortable and controlled.
The curved pad shape follows the natural direction of strikes, helping the striker land cleaner shots while giving the holder better control during movement. Reinforced stitching at high-stress areas adds durability where the pads take the most pressure.
Dual hook-and-loop forearm straps and an upper grip handle help keep each pad secure on the holder’s arm. This improves stability during combinations and helps the holder maintain position through boxing, kickboxing, MMA, and Muay Thai drills. Forearm and wrist padding adds comfort by helping spread impact more evenly during training.
These pads are suitable for jab-cross combinations, hooks, roundhouse kicks, front kicks, knee strikes, and controlled elbow work. They support training across the shoulders, arms, core, hips, and legs while helping improve timing, coordination, balance, accuracy, and striking control.
Recommended for a maximum striker weight of 80kg, the Light Muay Thai Strike Pads are best suited to controlled to moderate-intensity training. They are a practical choice for home gyms, fight gyms, school programmes, PT sessions, and fitness spaces where safe, structured pad work matters.
