The 1818 Fight Seated BJJ Grappling Dummy is designed for solo grappling practice across Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA. The seated position makes it suitable for drilling techniques that have transitional ground positions.

The dummy is suited to MMA and Jiu-Jitsu training where athletes need to repeat grappling movements without a partner. It can be used to practise guard passing, positional control, submission entries, clinch-to-takedown transitions, and ground-and-pound positioning. Its 170cm height provides an adult-sized frame for working body pressure, hip movement, leverage, and full-body control across common grappling and mixed martial arts positions.

The reinforced vinyl outer shell is built to handle regular pulling, lifting and dragging. Reinforced stitching supports high-stress areas during repeated use, especially around the limbs, torso, and seams. The vinyl surface is waterproof and can be wiped clean after training, making it practical for home gyms, martial arts clubs and commercial facilities.

The dummy comes pre-filled and weighs 30kg. This removes the need for self-filling and gives the dummy enough resistance. The weight is heavy enough to support realistic grappling movement while remaining manageable for repositioning between drills.

The articulated shape allows users to work through a wide range of grappling positions without relying on a partner.
