The Pro Standing Punch Bag - Combat Sports & MMA - Human Torso Shaped by 1818 Fight is a realistic striking partner designed for boxing, kickboxing, MMA and martial arts conditioning. Its human-shaped head and torso create clearly defined target areas for practising head shots, body combinations, hooks, uppercuts and kicks, helping you improve accuracy and control without relying on a partner.
The contoured shape offers a more natural reference point than a conventional cylindrical heavy bag. With a 90cm main body length and 50cm shoulder width, it provides ample space for changing levels, refining punch placement and building combinations that translate more naturally into combat-sport drills. This makes it suitable for beginners developing fundamentals as well as experienced athletes sharpening established technique.
The outer body is made from PU leather, while the interior is filled with elastic fibre fabric. Together, these materials create a durable, responsive striking surface suited to repeated punching and kicking. The construction also supports technical practice, conditioning, reaction work and stress-relief sessions without the rigid feel of a solid target.
The overall height adjusts from 160cm to 180cm, allowing the striking position to be adapted for users of different heights, including adults and children. This makes the unit practical for shared home gyms, martial arts clubs and commercial fitness spaces where several users may train with the same equipment.
The base can be filled with either water or sand to improve stability. When fully filled with water, the tested total weight is 70kg. The base can also be emptied when the unit needs to be moved or stored. Twelve suction cups underneath provide additional grip on suitable smooth flooring, helping the dummy remain more stable during combinations, kicks and conditioning work.
No functional spring is included. The spring-style cover is decorative only and does not need to be installed as a working component, keeping the setup simple.
The Pro Standing Punch Bag - Combat Sports & MMA - Human Torso Shaped can be used for jab-cross combinations, body-shot sequences, round kicks, Sanda drills, reaction training, fight fitness circuits and general conditioning. It can also serve as an active outlet for stress relief, making it a versatile option for technical practice, fitness and recreational use.
For repeated or higher-power punching, suitable boxing gloves or hand protection are recommended for greater comfort. With its adjustable height, realistic target shape, fillable base and stable floor contact, The Pro Standing Punch Bag - Combat Sports & MMA - Human Torso Shaped gives users of different experience levels a practical way to train technique, coordination, speed and conditioning.
