The 4 Post Adjustable Rack with High/Low Pulley System and Pull-Up Bar by 1818 Fight is a multi-function strength training station designed to support compound lifting, cable-based resistance training, and bodyweight exercises within a single freestanding structure.
The frame is constructed from powder-coated heavy-duty steel and configured in a 4-post layout to provide structural stability during loaded barbell training and pulley movement. The rack supports exercises including squats, bench presses, overhead presses, rack pulls, pull-ups, lat pulldowns, seated rows, tricep pushdowns, bicep curls, and core-focused bodyweight movements.
The uprights feature multiple adjustment points for bar positioning, allowing users to set the J-hooks at appropriate heights for different exercises and body sizes. Adjustable J-hooks are secured using M16 twist-lock knobs to maintain positioning during repeated use and loading.
An integrated high and low pulley system expands the rack’s training functionality beyond traditional barbell work. The pulley system is plate loaded and compatible with both 2.5cm standard and 5cm Olympic weight plates, allowing users to adjust resistance according to training requirements. The high pulley supports vertical pulling movements such as lat pulldowns and tricep extensions, while the low pulley supports seated rows, curls, upright rows, and lower-body cable exercises.
The pulley system uses a guided cable pathway to maintain consistent resistance throughout movement patterns. Included attachments consist of a wide-grip lat pulldown bar and seated row handle, enabling immediate use without additional accessories.
At the top of the frame, the integrated multi-grip pull-up bar supports wide, neutral, angled, and underhand grip positions for upper-body bodyweight training. This allows variation in movement mechanics and muscle emphasis across pull-up and chin-up exercises targeting the latissimus dorsi, biceps, forearms, rear deltoids, and upper back musculature.
Two rear-mounted loading pegs are integrated into the pulley system and are used to load resistance plates directly onto the cable mechanism. These pegs are compatible with both standard and Olympic plates and form part of the functional resistance system rather than storage components.
Rubberised feet help reduce floor contact damage and improve positional stability during training. The compact footprint allows the rack to fit within home gyms, garage gyms, personal training studios, and smaller commercial training environments while still supporting full-body strength programming.
The rack is suitable for beginners developing foundational movement patterns, intermediate users increasing strength capacity, and advanced athletes requiring versatile resistance training within a compact setup.
