The outer layer is constructed from Maya Hide, selected for its resistance to abrasion during repeated pad and bag work. This supports durability under regular use while maintaining surface consistency for controlled contact training.

Multi-layer padding is integrated across the knuckle area to absorb impact during punches. This helps reduce peak force on the hands and supports safer introduction to striking mechanics.
