At 1818 Fight Fitness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please notify us via email within 10 business days of receipt. You can choose between a refund of the purchase price or an exchange of the goods. Please note that returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
When notifying us of your intent to return any goods, please include a copy of your invoice. This return policy applies to non-defective goods and does not cover transport costs, except when goods are refused upon delivery. In cases where the goods supplied were incorrect and do not match your original order, we will refund the transport costs.
For defective goods, a 6-month warranty period from the date of receipt applies. If a defect occurs within this period, please contact us to arrange the return of the products. Note that defects caused by incorrect use, fair wear and tear, or negligence will not be covered under warranty, and such goods will not be accepted for credit.
Refunds & Processing Times
All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act. For security and compliance reasons, we’re unable to process refunds via EFT or cash under any circumstances.
Refund processing times can vary depending on your bank and the payment provider, but most refunds reflect within 2–5 working days once processed via PayGate. Please note:
