Return & Exchange Policy

If you wish to return an item, it must include all original packaging and be in unused, unwashed, unworn, and clean condition.

For hygiene reasons, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted on socks, gum guards, and gift cards. Ensuring sanitation in exchanges and returns is a priority.

Warranty Information:

All apparel comes with a 3-month warranty that covers discolouration only. If your clothing significantly loses its colour within 3 months, it will be replaced. If the item is out of stock, we will offer an exchange for another item of equal value. This warranty does not cover damage caused by daily wear and tear.

Returns & Credits:

For returns, the value of the item will be credited to you in the form of an 1818 Fight voucher. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds processed at our showroom are only available via credit card. Debit card refunds will be issued via gift card.

We offer one free exchange per online order. After the first exchange, shipping costs will be R80.00 each way. For international exchanges, customers will be responsible for shipping and any applicable duties.

Sale Items:

Sale items can be exchanged for a different size or for a gift card. A R100 shipping fee applies for arranging the courier to pick up and deliver exchanged items.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the availability of limited-edition items in different sizes, as they may be out of stock and not restocked.

Exchanges & Returns Process

Log an Exchange or Return via Email:

  • Step 1: Email us at info@1818fight.com. We will guide you through the process and confirm the availability of the exchange item.
  • Step 2: Pack the merchandise securely, ensuring it’s clean, unwashed, unworn, and unused.
  • Step 3: You'll receive a waybill via email. Please print the waybill and prepare the package for courier collection. We can only schedule pick-ups for specific dates, not times.
  • Step 4: Once we receive your package, we’ll inspect the item. Please allow 1-4 business days for processing. You'll receive an email once your exchange has been shipped. If a refund is processed, you will receive an online voucher via email.

Product Replacement:

  1. Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, we will replace it with a new one, provided it is returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. If the item has been used or worn, the exchange will no longer be valid.
  2. Factory Faults: If you notice a factory defect within 6 months of purchase, we will replace the item. Contact us at info@1818fight.com for assistance. Please note that wear on size and care labels is considered normal wear and tear, and these do not qualify for replacement.

 The following conditions do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for return:

  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Damage from negligence or improper use;
  • Damage from failure to properly care for the item;
  • Unauthorised alterations to the product;
  • Issues related to the product's fit or specifications, as described on the website.

If the item is outside the 30-day return window, we cannot offer replacements as we are unable to verify how the product was handled or used.
